We will accept returns of faulty products except where the fault can be shown to be due to misuse or lack of care. We are unable to accept the return of products incorrectly ordered or arising from a customer’s change of mind. Therefore please double check your order and ensure that it is correct prior to its submission.
Regrettably we cannot accept the return of perishable products such as e-liquids unless they are faulty.
Should you wish to return a product, the following additional terms apply:
- All faulty products should be returned to us and NOT to the manufacturer of the product.
- The faulty product must be shipped to us, at the following address within ten days of your purchase. Irresistible Vape House Ltd., 6 Lincoln Road, Masterton 5810, New Zealand.
- The faulty product must be returned with its original packaging and not missing any part of the original contents.
- You should enclose a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase with the returned item.
If you should receive a faulty product, please contact us for return shipping instructions. We may choose (at our sole discretion) to ask you to safely dispose of the faulty item, or we may arrange for its collection by a courier on our behalf, or we may ask you to ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Where an item is faulty, we will bear the cost of return shipping and EITHER (at our sole discretion) the shipment of a replacement product to you, or a full refund of the purchase price.
If you should receive an item with damaged packaging, please take a photograph of the damaged packaging before you open it.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will confirm its receipt via email. In this email we also will state our acceptance or rejection of the return. All refunds will be processed within three working days and the appropriate credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment.
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by ourselves, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the returned item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the provider of the gift had the order shipped to themselves, to give to you later, any approved refund will be applied to the credit of the gift provider’s credit card or account.
If you believe a refund to be overdue, please double check your bank or credit card account. If still no trace of receipt, please contact your bank or credit card provider (refunds can take a while to progress through the various systems). Finally, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will immediately initiate a thorough investigation.
